Can you elaborate more on this? You can not log into the domain using your Windows XP or Windows 7?

i have a virtual xp machine running on win7 pro. i enabled integration features. i then joined this vm to a win2k8 r2 domain. when i tried to log in, i got the "The Local Policy of This System Does Not Permit You to Log on Interactively" message. when i disable integration features, i am able to log into the domain. if i log into the domain with the integration features disabled, then enable them, i'm immediately presented with a login dialog. when i try to log in, i get the "The Local Policy of This System Does Not Permit You to Log on Interactively".
